Swing Type Check Valve

Swing type check valves, drive mechanism allows it to be opened only in one direction. When flow stops or prevents flow in the opposite direction and back pressure occurs when the disk cover.

Features:

Gear design linked to
Compact structure and easy installation
Low pressure loss
Opening and closing high sensitivity
AISI 304L / 316L material option
ANSI/ASME and en standards compliance

Areas Of Use:

Heating-cooling systems
The food and pharmaceutical industry
Chemical and petrochemical plants
Water treatment and process lines

Y-Type Check Valve

Y-type check valves, casing provides high efficiency by providing lower pressure loss through the structure. Allows horizontal and vertical mounting options with flexible application.

Features:

Gear connected and easily accessible internal structure
Disk inclined parallel to the direction of Flow design
Corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing
Long service life and low maintenance needs

Areas Of Use:

Steam lines
Process water systems
Compressed air lines
Industrial liquid transfer systems

Disc Type Check Valve Stainless Steel

Disc type check valve, allowing the fluid to pass through in only one direction and automatically blocking reverse flow, a check valve is a type of compact. Stainless(Chrome) constructed from steel, this type of check valves, especially in systems with limited mounting space is preferred.

Technical Specifications

Material: Aisi 304 / 316 / 316L stainless steel
Connection Type: Flanged, threaded or weld neck options
Nominal Diameters: DN15 – DN200 between
Compressive Strength: PN25 / PN25 / PN40 options
Temperature Resistance: -10 °C to +200 °C (depending on gaskets)
Seal Options: EPDM, NBR, PTFE, Viton

Working Principle

Disc type check valves, in-line flow starts when the disk moves forward, and stream releases. When flow stops or begins to spin in the opposite direction if it closes under spring pressure disc, or prevent the flow with gravity instead of back.

Advantages

Compact and space-saving design
Low pressure loss
Quiet and fast closing
Possibility of mounting on horizontal and vertical lines
Sealed and maintenance free

Areas Of Use

Water and wastewater systems
Heating and cooling (HVAC) systems
The food and beverage industry
Chemical and petrochemical plants
Steam and condensate lines

Each three back flow prevention medicine also safe operation of the system and the pump/equipment in terms of protection is critical. Arzenox different sizes and pressure classes stainless(Chrome) check valve products, we have been supplying both stock and special orders.
